as some choose a site first and then a design and others find a perfect design and then a site to compliment it. To tie all of these areas together you next need to develop
PROJECT COST
You have created a budget in your first assessment, now is the time to bring all elements together and look at overall projected costs. During this time you will typically be arranging a
Construction Loan

You will need the data you have collected above to secure this loan. Your homebuilding schedule should be in full swing and now you are ready to move forward. You will have a series of
