We are just begining a large custom home with the exterior constructed entirely of ICF Insulated Concrete Forms.

I'm learning some of this as I go and the bonus is that the home owner is an ICF factory rep. I will be updating ths project as well as creating detailed pages on the web site describing the process as we go.

We will be installing a wood floor truss system suspended from the ICF as well as a complex roof system on top of it.

This home will even include an infloor lap pool formed with the same ICF system outer shell.

The project began with 52" wide footings poured below these 48" below grade walls to hold up the 17' of concrete walls that will follow in the near future.
